Good for beginners. Recommend for 1 months only. Equipment are old and not good condition. Gym divided into 2 part but Gym does not have Smith machine, rest cycle and treadmill is there. Dumbbell and Barbells plate are too old having matel coating. Coming to plan's for 1 months 1000 3 months 2600. Cos - Restrictions on coming and going time. Can't extend your whole workout out of the timeline. Workout duration is 1 hour. Wash basin and water filter is not there. Can't go in other timing if you miss your timing in morning or evening. Pros - Good for beginners 1 months then you will not get results.
