I recently joined the Fitness Beast Gym and MMA Fight Club in M Square Building (Ext-1 & Ext-2), near Kedareshwar Mahadev Temple in Laxmi Nagar, Ujjain-and it has been a great experience so far, especially as a beginning. The moment I left was the instructor acceptable and assistant. He took time to understand my fitness level and goals, and gave support on how to start it without overdowing. The environment is positive and inspiring, with a good mixture of gyms including other beginners like me. The gym is well equipped with a variety of machines and free weight, and everything is kept clean and organized. One of the best parts is an MMA training area - this is a unique feature, and when I have not tried it yet, it's something that I am really looking forward because I am more confident. Whatever it does to this gym is an auxiliary atmosphere. There is no decision, just encourage to pursue yourself at your own pace. If you are starting your fitness trip or whether you are resumed after a break, it is correct.
