The only place in Ujjain where you will be emphasised on functional training. The trainer's professional + friendly attitude makes the workout session even better. The curved treadmill which is one of it's kind is amazing to run on which you won't see in every gym. Some of the exercises which in Ujjain you would only see here are Double Arm Waves, Outside Circles, a huge Tyre to exercise with, Plyometrics and so on... There is plenty of room in the gym so the gym never feels crowded. The music is never too loud which is the most satisfying thing about this gym. I love working out here everyday. If you want to workout *seriously* then go to *Begin Fitness* and begin fitness.
