SOO OF MINE SINCE IT'S NEW FOR ME SOO DEFINETLY I NEED THE TRAINER. IT'S FURTHER IMPORTANT TO HAVE A RIGHT TRAINER TO MOTIVATE YOU, GUIDE YOU AND MENTOR YOU CORRECTLY AND PROPERLY. INITIALLY FOR COUPLE OF MONTHS I WERE UNDER RAHUL SIR. AND AFTER THAT I NEED SOME CHANGE SOO I ASKED WAJID SIR AND WITH HIM I CONTINUED FOR 2 MONTHS. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS WITH WAJID SIR. FURTHER THE GYM HAS TWO SHIFTS. AS PER OUR NEEDS WE CHOOSE SHIFTS. THOUGH WE HAD A WORD BEFORE HAND TOO WITH OUR RESPECTIVE TRAINERS. PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS COMES BUT YES BEING A WOMAN I FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND SAFE.
