Pocket friendly, secure environment for women. One of the best gym in ujjain. I had joined it for around 6 months and lost 15 kg. Since I've moved out of the city..I miss this gym. All i want to say is thank you so much for making me realise my true potential.

You can do cardio and so many other excercises, every machine is present here for legs, shoulder, arms, abs, chest, triceps, biceps, forearms etc. If you have decided to loose weight or gain abs it is good value to money. This place is filled with positive vibes. If you don't want to go gym just have a visit you will come from next day. Small area though, but nice songs.
