UPPER BODY Equipment for upper body are sufficient for building a good body LOWER BODY For lower body there only 2 or 3 exercise you can do but for isolating hamstring and calf raises there is no dedicated machine

M a regular powerlifter at this gym....but there is not sufficient items as barbell rod or weight instead.
