Didn't have chance to join the class but knowing Geeta, we all know how enthusiastic and real women she is... Her love and dedication to things she does always brings beautiful success. After a hectic/stressful day, coming to Yoga is calming and restorative. Since I've been practicing I am much stronger have much greater range of motion. In upsetting situations I can call on my Yoga practice. Stretching has helped me enormously with my back problems. It's been great for balance stretching, breathing and concentration. I have myself experienced that cosmos yoga classes is a destination for genuine yoga and here yoga is practiced with due care and set ancient methodology so as to inculcate an overall well well being. The owner Geeta Burman is a trained yoga professional herself and very modest in behaviour. Regarding the fees charged by them, I can assure you that it the lowest in market and they also have several discount packages for stags and families.
