I had a wonderful stay at Balaji Central Hotel, Ratlam! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect--close to the railway station and main market. The food quality was excellent, especially the breakfast. Overall, a great experience with good value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ratlam!

The location is also very convenient, close to the main market and railway station. Great value for money -- definitely recommend this hotel for both business and family stays.
1- Rooms- Hot water not available ( my Room no 308). 2-Service is good but it could be better like breakfast quality/ types of food. 3- Location- This location is out of city. Cab facility not available at Ratlam. It could be better if pickup and drop facility from hotel at the time of check-in/ checkout. If I want checkout in early morning, no facility to drop railway station/ bus stand, the same situation in night time.
Worst housekeeping. Rooms are not cleaned. Furniture is old . Washroom Door gets locked. AC servicing required. Poor maintenance. Not value for money. Very worst maintenance. Dustbins are left with diaper of earlier customer. Front desk manager at the time of check-out was cold when shared the feedback. Didn't bothered regarding inconvenience
Amazing stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help. The location is perfect and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again
