If you are looking for a gym with basic hygienic washrooms, don't opt for this gym. Their washrooms stink and the pipe is broken from the urinal. It's very disgusting. No handwash for cleaning after using the washroom. Even after informing the receptionist, they cant do the simple thing. Looks like people of Pithampur doesn't care about hygiene.

Its been a month since I have been working out here. First of all i would say vibe of the gym is so good. Here you will get almost all the machines which is in a excellent condition too. Here you also get the experienced trainer which has excellent knowledge about the exercises. Which plays an important role to achieve your dream physique. if anyone want to step into a fitness world or want to transform yourself then I would say VR STRONG GYM would be a great place to start.
