I've had a fantastic experience at this gym. Trainers Abhishek and Mangal are highly knowledgeable and always ready to help with the right techniques, form, and motivation. Their expertise really shows in how they guide workouts. The gym is run by Mayank, who clearly understands fitness at a deep level--his passion for gymming reflects in the way the space is maintained and operated. It's a great environment for anyone serious about getting fit.

I am writing this as a deeply aggrieved and injured client of Optimum Fitness. I enrolled in the gym for weight loss and paid an additional amount for a personal trainer, trusting that I would receive professional and safe training. Instead, I was subjected to gross negligence and irresponsible guidance that has left me with a serious spinal injury and confined to bed rest for over 20 days. Despite being aware of my incorrect posture, the trainer instructed me to perform deadlifts without proper form correction, without a lifting belt, and without any mention of safety precautions. This is an inexcusable breach of duty. When I reported immediate back pain the next day, it was dismissed as "normal soreness" and I was falsely blamed for not stretching -- instead of being properly assessed or advised to stop training. As a result of this unqualified and careless guidance, I was later diagnosed with a lumbar disc bulge -- a serious and painful condition now affecting my daily life, mobility, mental health, and work. What is even more shocking is that the trainer in question lacks any professional fitness certification, and yet was allowed by the gym to train paying clients in high-risk weightlifting exercises. This is not a matter of simple dissatisfaction -- it is a case of serious physical harm due to unprofessional and unsafe practices. I have incurred significant medical expenses, suffered emotional trauma, and lost weeks of my normal life due to this preventable injury. I urge potential clients to exercise extreme caution before trusting this gym with their health.

The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, offering excellent guidance. The gym is consistently neat and clean, making workouts pleasant. I felt at ease immediately, and the well-maintained equipment is a plus. If you're looking for a friendly, clean, and effective gym experience, especially as a beginner, this is the place.
