Pretty good gym with most of the essential equipment you'd need. The heaviest dumbbells go up to 40kg, and the bars weigh around 18kg -- not the best, but decent for most workouts. The ambience is nice, though the music is terrible (as you'd expect in many Indian gyms). The staff is friendly and helpful. Space can be an issue during rush hours, especially between 6-8 pm, when it gets quite crowded. All important amenities are available, including filtered water, clean washrooms, lockers, and sanitation facilities. They also have unique equipment like mugdars, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, yoga mats, ropes, a punching bag, and a tyre-flipping machine. Overall, it's a good place to get your workouts done!
