Customer from Smart Gym Sagar Not happy as a customer having so much disappointment with their management staff in between gym timing house keeping staff start cleaning the floor machines mirrors nd switched off the sound system, light ,fan ,AC before 11am in the morning time. Everyday same story repeats . Housekeeping staff having no etiquettes how to talk with the customers. As a customer So many times all these issues I tried to discuss with the Gym management as well as with the Gym owner they both do nothing only listen the issue inspite of taking action against their Housekeeping Staff for all these things.They don't have general trainer in the gym they said to me after taking fees .THEY never tell u before this thing when u visit the gym. AFter taking gym membership then they r going to explain u IF U WANT SUPPORT U HAVE TO TAKE PT (personal training ) if u want body cool down stretching after workout then u have to take PT. Nd if u give genuine review to them then their management start targeting the customer their behavior changed towards u because u r saying them truth. Being a girl i never suggests any other girl to join Smart gym sagar. Gym environment is not good because if u want support in any set of the exercise then u have to take support from the other gym customer their trainer not going to give u support . After taking fees from the customer They said my gym my rules.
