A nice gym with good facilities like a separate changing room for male and female, steam, water cooler etc. This gym has a large area, but the floor area for workout is not appropriate. They have a different variety of machines for strength training, machines are all international standards. The cardio area is big with more than a sufficient amount of treadmills, crossfit and cycles.
Neo Fit Gym is one of the more premium fitness centres in Jabalpur, known for its modern equipment, good trainers, and clean interiors. The gym is spacious, air-conditioned, and offers separate workout zones for cardio, strength training, functional training, and group sessions. Trainers are generally helpful, and there's a decent crowd that keeps the vibe energetic without feeling too crowded during non-peak hours. However, the monthly membership cost is on the higher side, which is why I'm considering a yearly package--it brings down the overall cost significantly. But I do face one issue: I travel to Kolkata every two months for personal reasons and stay there for a couple of weeks. My main concern is the "absence fees" or non-usage charges some gyms impose. Before joining, I'd like to confirm if Neo Fit allows flexibility in the annual plan--like pausing the membership or skipping those absence charges during my outstation visits. If yes, it would make Neo Fit the ideal long-term fitness option for me. Overall, the gym is well-maintained, and feedback from existing members is positive. If the flexibility issue is sorted, I'll be happy to lock in the yearly plan soon. If they fulfill my need I will visit tomorrow to join Thank you sir
