The gym does not maintain anything on a daily basis. Even after machines are damaged, they are not replaced, which often leads to injuries for members. The false ceiling keeps collapsing during the rainy season, and no permanent solution has been provided. Whenever we complain, the gym refuses to take responsibility and instead blames the building owner.
I would suggest that if anyone wants to experience constant problems and risks, then NeoFit Gorakhpur is the right place to join!!!!!
To make matters worse, the trainers here lack basic professionalism and courtesy. Their behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear they don't value their clients' experience.
Until this gym addresses these fundamental issues, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a shame, because a good gym can be a great motivator, but this place is a turn-off.

I've been a member with Neofit for the past 2yrs and it has been a wonderful experience. The trainers are quite knowledgeable and experienced, the ambience of the gym is too good. They have multiple facilities like a dedicated area for cardio, strength, sauna and even boxing. Definitely my go-to gym in the city.

The gym is in a really bad state. There's no maintenance, the AC isn't working, and there aren't any trainers. It's quite disappointing.
If the current management cannot handle the gym, they should let someone else take over...

Awesome Gym. Clean and clear of all kind of odour. Staff is truely professional. Trainers are highly skilled. Mr Hasnain is motivating, able and dedicated trainer. He not only guides about exercises as well as teaches exemplary techniques for warming up, strength training, endurance, agility and cooling down. Neo Fit is indeed one of the best facility in Jabalpur. KUDOS to all of you.
