This Place is quiet good in area like Garha where you'd rarely find some good place for workout. But, the trainers of here are so arrogant and filled with negative attitude. Only 1-2 trainers are good Knowledgable with pleasant nature. Managers (new one) is also of pleasant nature and have lots of knowledge regarding activities.
