Anytime Fitness

The gym is really good the environment is very good .. the general guy trainers are fine but the general girl trainers are of no help..

Anytime Fitness has poor customer service and lousy support when contacting the corporate headquarters. Firstly the Club Manager is very Manipulating. I had a problem with instrument and when I complaint about it then she said that "sir ap dusri exercise karlijiye". She never do anything in a proper way. Also the floor management is worst the floor manager gives to much theoretical lecture instead of solving the problem and when I come straight towards the point he answer that I don't know about that what should I do if you have a problem here. He never gives a suitable solutions instead of this they give me false hope that my issue will be solve soon but nothing like this is happen till now. The staff uses housekeeper's for there purposes and when any customer needs a housekeeping related service they were not available there. The equipments are spread in all over floor and they do not even care about it. Also they do not on their AC's many of the times and gives excuses of maintenance. Water coller is only for the showcase purpose.Selecting this as i heard that this is a renowned brand but no it's false they have very poor services and unnecessary policies and lectures. Also there is lack of space in the gym. Not comfortable during workout . Really bad experience and very unsatisfied.

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness Jabalpur for over a year now, and I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for my fitness journey! The gym is always clean and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. The personal training sessions are excellent, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating.
