This is a well-equipped gym and the atmosphere is very good. Its really good to have such a nice place to workout in Itarsi. All equipment are nicely maintained and the gym is clean. They also take care of the COVID-19 protocols and keep all machines/mats properly sanitized. The owner and the entire management team are so well-behaving. Overall, it's a great place to keep your fitness goals on track...!
One of best Gymnasium out here in Itarsi. Air Conditioned, with plenty of machines, and cross-fit place(Not seen in many Gyms). Personal Trainers are available here. Facility of Hot and Cold Water also present. Locker is available and very important of all, a good parking place available. I am a member here and it has been a good experience till date.

By 3 months of experience i can say that I love this place after working all day I love to visit here for some peace.The machines are smooth the environment is the gratest of all compared to other Gym in Itarsi,it has a outdoor area including CrossFit section,a good cardio section, but the dumbles and weights need to be replaced because of uneven weight.
Best Gym Equipment ,Personal training options available but they take two or three person at same time .
