Worst gym I've ever seen let's see all bad things in points Issues with the Gym Lift Issues: The elevator is frequently out of service, often not working 5-6 days a week. This is a significant inconvenience, especially for members who need it to access the gym or carry heavy equipment. Rudeness About Water: When the gym runs out of water, the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering solutions, they bluntly tell members to bring their own water bottles, which reflects poor customer service. Non-functional Equipment: Some gym equipment has been out of order for an extended period. I have noticed these issues persisting for the last 2.5 months, yet no action has been taken to repair or replace the machines. Hidden Policies About Steam Room: The gym fails to communicate its policies clearly during the onboarding process. For example, when I joined, I was told I could use the steam room twice a week. However, in practice, they demand that I bring two additional guests to access the steam room, which was never mentioned beforehand. Receptionist's Negative Attitude: The receptionist displays an unhelpful and negative attitude. Whenever members raise complaints or concerns, she tends to dismiss them or twist the conversation, avoiding accountability and leaving the issues unresolved.
