Worst gym I've ever seen let's see all bad things in points Issues with the Gym Lift Issues: The elevator is frequently out of service, often not working 5-6 days a week. This is a significant inconvenience, especially for members who need it to access the gym or carry heavy equipment. Rudeness About Water: When the gym runs out of water, the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering solutions, they bluntly tell members to bring their own water bottles, which reflects poor customer service. Non-functional Equipment: Some gym equipment has been out of order for an extended period. I have noticed these issues persisting for the last 2.5 months, yet no action has been taken to repair or replace the machines. Hidden Policies About Steam Room: The gym fails to communicate its policies clearly during the onboarding process. For example, when I joined, I was told I could use the steam room twice a week. However, in practice, they demand that I bring two additional guests to access the steam room, which was never mentioned beforehand. Receptionist's Negative Attitude: The receptionist displays an unhelpful and negative attitude. Whenever members raise complaints or concerns, she tends to dismiss them or twist the conversation, avoiding accountability and leaving the issues unresolved.

Joined this gym year back. Firstly gym is not open for 24x7 I.e it has fixed gym timings. Trainers help only when you ask them and focus more to take personal training (which cost 3-4K month). no spa and steam facilities (even if it's available you have to take 3-4 members with you so that they allow you for steam bath). Overall an average gym experience. And rates are just like any other gym.

Horrible stinky place to visit. Just went to visit the gym. Manners of that receptionist stinks just like the whole building. She asked me to remove shoes before I get into gym. I did the same but then she was like "pehle jutey niche Utar ke Ana fir baat karte hai". No proper parking area, building is under construction from ages. A big no to such a bad gym.

This is the best gym in following area. 3 floor gym AC Open area and ventilation All machine and branded equipment Professional trainers. Reasonable fees.

Very nice place for workout, very good instructor, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Good health at affordable prices and with experts guidance from state and national lavel champion s. I am lucky for having the mambership.
