I've had very good experience at this gym, and a big part of that is thanks to my personal trainer, Naveen. His deep understanding of the human body and muscular structure makes a noticeable difference in the quality of training he provides. Naveen doesn't just focus on workout, he ensures every movement is purposeful and aligned with individual fitness goals. Whether it's building strength, improving posture, or increasing overall fitness, his guidance is spot-on. He takes the time to correct form, explain the science behind each exercise, and personalize routines to suit specific needs. Thanks to his support and knowledge, I've seen consistent progress and feel more confident in my fitness journey. Highly recommend both the gym and Naveen for anyone serious about achieving results the right way!

I've been going to SK27, Palsikar branch ever since I moved back from London in 2021. It's a solid gym with excellent equipment and a good crowd. Among the personal trainers, Nikhil Sir truly stands out. I had been trying to get visible abs for years with no real success--until I started training with him. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I achieved those glossy abs in less than six months. Couldn't be more pleased!
