I've been working out at this gym for a while now, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the overall environment is motivating.
The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they genuinely care about your progress. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, there's something here for everyone -- from strength training and cardio machines to group classes and personal training.
Durgesh is very helpful and motivated me always.

As a female member who had been associated with Sapphire Gym for almost 2 years, I'm deeply disappointed with the behavior and treatment I've received -- especially in an environment where respect, professionalism, and safety should be the priority.
Even after renewing my membership and trying to stay consistent, I was often ignored, humiliated, or treated unfairly at the front desk and by certain trainers.
Whenever I asked simple questions at the desk, I was met with rude or dismissive replies.
There was clear bias -- I was stopped for things like shoes or basic rules, while other members were allowed without issue.
I was even mocked openly while entering the gym, and it became emotionally disturbing for me as a woman to walk into a space where I felt constantly watched or judged.
Once I asked about the steam room (which was included in my membership), I was brushed off, and even the cleaning staff spoke with unnecessary attitude and disrespect, which shows how casual and unchecked the behavior has become.
The tone and attitude of many staff members was highly unprofessional -- instead of offering solutions, they avoided responsibility and made members feel like outsiders.
When I raised concerns, instead of resolving them, they were ignored or dismissed.
There is no proper communication, no accountability, and no basic sense of equality or gender respect.
*As a woman, I expected a safe, supportive fitness space -- but instead, I felt insulted and uncomfortable again and again.
That's why, despite having 5 months left in my membership, I have decided to never step into Sapphire Gym again.
If you're a quiet, introverted woman who believes in minding your own business and expects professionalism, then this gym is likely not the right space for you.
If you're not someone who flatters or talks unnecessarily, you might just be treated as invisible.
I would not recommend this gym to any female member who values dignity, fairness, and peace of mind.

I joined this gym to focus on weight gain, and it's been a really good experience. The environment is friendly and motivating, and all the equipment is well-maintained. My trainer(Abhishek sir) is excellent providing guidance and training. All trainers are good and they listen to what we need, manage things really well, and even guide us with our diet plans. They know how to push us to do better, but never beyond our limits. Overall, it's a great place to train and grow stronger.
