I've been training at olympic Fitness for nearly a year now and have loved my experience! My trainer Nirmal (sir) the perfect balance of pushing me harder but keeping me motivated throughout my workout. Nirmal is also very knowledgeable when it comes to training with a prior injury. When I first started working out at olympic, I had some issues with my knees. Nimal thoughtfully designed a workout plan to strengthen them and now my issues have completely disappeared.
