Golds Gym

This place is absolutely not worth it ek number ki balwas jagha hai. Trainers are absolutely dumb and unhelpful. It's yesterday when i was trying to work out and the trainer came and said your feet cant touch the weight i told him that i am here to work out and to correct my form I need to keep it that way still he was unwilling to listen and intrupt for no reason. The machines were broken most of the time Electricity is gone for mejority time 4 out of 9 treadmill dont work. To sum it up don't go to this place save up your money and spend it on other gym's like (ROBINS GYM or THE GYM HUT ) they are much better yeh sale bus naam ka kha rahe hai

Top class machines and nice trainer. It has bigger floor area than others gym thus ensuring proper space for every WORKOUT

Gym is not maintained Washroom was very dirty

Very poor service. No satisfaction.less equipments compared to the no. Of people. less trainers and more members. They don't help you with your workout as they have so much crowd in the gym, you have to do on your own and it's very costly compared to other gyms. you should probably go to another gym if you can. No value for money.

Trainer only guide you till you are potential personal training customer to them, gym facilities are alright but u will always struggle with common size dumbles! Alternate forms like cross fit and others are not availible! For me it was not worth the money!

Trust me forget the brand chain. If you are fitness freak ,DO NOT JOIN IT 15k for a year (4k for couple of months ) I guess in that price take a p.t for a reasonable gym and have discipline to build a physique. Btw I did join it for few months so not a biased opinion

Great experience, did workout for a week as I came from Mumbai. Some of the machines like hanging leg raise and inclined chest press are better than gold's Gym Powai Mumbai

Worst gym ever. Worst services. PT is just for the name sake, knows nothing. TRULY WASTE OF MONEY. Will never suggest this place to anbody for weight loss.
