Extremely overcrowded, especially during peak hours -- it's almost impossible to get access to the limited number of machines. There simply aren't enough for the number of members they're taking in.
The payment and cancellation policies are also confusing and not transparent. I felt misled about the terms when I signed up, and getting proper support from the staff has been frustrating.
Overall, it feels like the gym is more focused on making money than providing a good experience for its members.

At the time of joining gym, I've visited 3-4 gyms near by my residence and found this one is best comparing to others on basis of its clean and friendly environment, top quality equipment and trainers those are always stand by you to support and provide guidance. They show you a nice gym in first visit, but after payment, it's something else. Full crowd, no place to work out. AC never works. Machines are broken and not cleaned. And price is always different for different people. Big scam.
I paid 1700, but someone else paid only 900.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with this gym. It feels like they crammed all the equipment into a tiny space, making it hard to move around during peak hours. The pricing is also a mess; some people are paying way less than others for the same membership. It's not fair at all, and the management needs to sort this out. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it until they fix these issues.

I've been going for past 6 months This gym is very uncomfortable. No AC even when it is very hot inside. Too many people in one place. All gym machines are on one floor so it gets full. One floor only for cardio. Not worth the money at all. Please don't join.
