Very Good atmosphere, Trainers are having good knowledge of muscle building and weighs loss and they also give attention for each person, if your are a beginner and have interest in buody building so can join, trust me you never feel unattended in this Gym, and gym is fees is also bearable

The best experience I've ever got in real.... It was just a council given by someone to join gym but now I really understood the aura that connects you when you are at your workout stage...... Also the trainers are so real and helpful who guides every member at their best..... An unexpected happiness entered inside me when I saw the real change in me throughout the workouts...... The vibe here is really awsome and adorable as well..... Last but not the least "THE BEST"

Absolutely love New fitness First Gym. It has all of the necessary equipment that's in really good condition. It's an amazing place to workout, excellent equipment, great space for training and working out, Staff and Boss are awesome, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
