I've been a member at 7s gym for two months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The equipment is well-maintained and diverse, and there's a good selection of both cardio and strength training machines. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gym's atmosphere is generally positive and encouraging.

The gym is best. Its monthly membership is amazing. The equipments, machines and dumbells are of good qualities. Proper assistance and guidance are also provided here.
