I've been a member of Parijat Gym for over 2 years now, and it's been a key part of my journey toward weight loss, general fitness, and muscle training. One of the things I appreciate most about this gym is its cleanliness and hygiene - the equipment is always well-maintained, and the environment feels fresh and organized. The trainer is highly supportive, always ready to guide and correct your form, and helps tailor workouts based on your goals. Another big plus is that the gym isn't overcrowded, which allows you to focus on your workout without having to wait long for equipment. The peaceful atmosphere really makes a difference, especially if you prefer a quieter space to train seriously. Overall, I've had a great experience and made steady progress in my fitness journey. I'd highly recommend Parijat Gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained facility with a helpful trainer and a calm, focused vibe.

Very bad behaviour -- even after taking an appointment, they started the spa for someone else without informing me. It was a very bad experience, no management at all. They have kept completely useless receptionists who neither know how to talk nor have the sense to apologize.

Spa and spa staff was good .but parijat maneger and reception staff behaviour is to bad .I request to parijat owner please change the manager and gude the all reception staffs to politely handle the customers

Parijat Gym - Worst experience related to trainer side. Always focus on person training otherwise he would not even care if wrong exercise is being performed by anyone. Mobile phone is his main priority. Many more to write but limiting myself here. Overall experience is pathetic.

I am happy with the workdone. Reasonable price. Staff behaviour is good. Love to visit next time. Highly recommend for Hairstraight & Smoothening. Thank you team Parijat...
