The tranier have no knowledge about the fitness and training. If you will ask them about excersice they will send you to other trainer and this will goes on. For them the only way to make a well shape body is to take supplements and even they can prefer steroids. They will always try to reduce your cardio activity so that there machine can be remain new and safe. And there workout equipments are not in good shape. If you still wanna come to this gym then come and waste your money

The owner and general trainer are always attentive, ensuring you maintain proper posture during workouts. Gym is well-ventilated and never feels suffocating.

I have been working out for quite long, and I wanted a change of place to get the motivation back again, this was the place to do it for me, in just one month my old discipline is almost back, also tried something new like HIT, power yoga classes, trust me this class is a hit coached by a talented trainer, who looks each and every individual during the classes is something which you rarely see in gyms
All in all a good place to achieve your fitness and body goals

Completely unsatisfied Even after paying for personal training. I think of wasting my money don't recommend this gym to anyone. They just support for starting month in personal training after giving them full fees they just don't give any proper PT

I have been a client of boostup from last 12 years ,It been the best time of life I had achieved my goel with the help of lokendra sir there diet plans ,workout,aerobics and zumba .The trainers are well trained and polite ..there is no pressure of PT every trainer teaches u very well.The gym is well neat and clean ..there is a wide variety of machiens which no othere gym have atlst in gwalior...

The owner is very business minded he will try to get money from you once you submit the money , he won't even look at you .the staff is decent, machines are okay. Be careful while submitting money if you wanna continue here .. my friend submitted 1000 rs and only came 1 day , he couldn't continue so next day he went to take back money and the owner refused to give back money ..i told him to add his 1000 in my account he refused to do so as well . I left the gym and will never go there.

An establishment that just can't be overlooked by any fitness enthusiast. With all the substantials in the arsenal , trainers are always on their tip toes to guide you through the grinds.
However, couple of machines sure need a revival.
Good deal though , all in all.
