The is one of the best gyms of Guna , located inside Somya mall. Very well maintained , very clean . The crowd here is also sophisticated. They have almost all machines to support all muscle groups - back, chest , legs , core . They have good cardio machines as well . Trainers are nice , knowledgeable and well behaved. The gym plays nice music all the time. Owner is a kind and humble guy. If you live in area, no point in exploring gyms . This is your best bet . The gym is open all days except Sunday .

I have been working with nitin singh for about 3 months. He is the most extraordinary physical trainer I have ever worked with (I have worked with about 5 different trainers over the past 4 years). He is experienced, creative, pushes me hard and from a place of real knowledge about what I'm capable of doing and of the science behind what he is doing. He has a great sense of humour and is just that right combination of pushing, motivating, and supportive. I have prior injury issues with my back and my knees and it is so important for me to work with someone truly knowledgeable and experienced so that l'm doing this safely. He expects a lot and gives a lot. Raja nitin singh has truly changed my life this past months and I feel fortunate to be working with him.

If you want to work on your fitness, then I can't suggest a better gym in Guna. Results speak for themselves and I can proudly say Trainers and Cult family helped me achieve the same with proper diet, form and motivation. If you want to be fit, there are various well trained and certified trainers who will help you achieve your goals. * Yoga and Zumba Session * Aerobics * Muscle Gaining * Cardio Exercises * Strength workout etc. Trust me it's worth it.
