Absolutely Disgraceful and Unsafe - Especially for Women and Senior Citizens I am writing this review with deep anger and concern. My elderly mother, who is a diabetic and suffers from portal hypertension, joined YTG Gym in good faith. At the time of joining, the owner appeared polite and welcoming. However, that quickly changed. After just a few days, when my mother politely requested the owner to lower the volume of loud music due to discomfort, he verbally abused and shouted at her publicly in front of all gym members. Instead of showing basic human decency and respect toward a senior citizen, he humiliated her, threatened her, and said he would not allow her to enter the gym again. When we requested a refund of the membership fees under these unacceptable circumstances, the owner arrogantly said, "Jo karna hai kar lo, paise wapas nahi dunga" ("Do whatever you want, I won't return the money"). This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous, especially when directed at an elderly woman who is already dealing with serious health conditions. The emotional trauma caused by this incident could have had severe consequences. If something had happened to my mother that day, who would have taken responsibility? Furthermore, many of the positive reviews here are clearly manipulated. The owner offers discounts on memberships in exchange for good reviews. Please do not be misled by the high rating--this place is not safe for women, seniors, or anyone who expects basic respect and decency. No one should have to go through what my mother experienced. To everyone reading this: Stay away from this gym. Protect your loved ones. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any civil society.
