A good gym is defined by its trainers, space, hygiene, equipment, crowd and price. And Cuts & Curv ticks off all the boxes very efficiently. As a person who is new to this space, I would have been completely lost if not for the owner cum trainer Pranay sir and his helper, Sumit. They have guided me from day 1 and given me a programme according to my goals. Keeps motivating every person there to do their best. Plus, he can give you tons of information on diet plans, correct postures, why we do workouts a certain way, which combination of muscles to target, type of stretches and so on. You are sorted if you have a coach like him to track your progress and keep you uplifted. Sumit makes sure every thing is clean and up to the mark. Their app is a new system they have introduced (and I loved it) where you can see your workout schedule, payments and nutrition plan. I would say this is the best gym in city and thank you sir for pushing us beyond our boundaries, making us believe we can do it.

Amazing and comfortable environment and totally in love with the atmosphere of the gym. Our gym trainer Pranay Sir is also too good friendly and professional who always inspires us to attain our fitness goals..He also provides diet related suggestions . All the machines and equipments are maintained well.

Since I have been training with you, I have more energy, I sleep better, and I feel better about myself. Atmosphere of the gym is very friendly and good.
