Best gym in the town just started today in this gym knowing the trainer from before lovely environment, friendly nature of the trainer. Explains the exercises so perfectly damn sure I am gonna be in the best shape of my life. Must visit if you want a change in your life and wanna come over your pathetic lifestyle. Today let me share a honest review, its been almost 2 months since I am associated with this gym. Lovely atmosphere and good management and trainer. One of the best and amazing gym in tier 3 city like Damoh so far with spacious floor area for workout modern equipments. The best part is very professional trainer Sunil assisted by Danish and the gym is hygienically maintained . Facility is not only limited to workout and equipment only but Danish is also a certified Diet Consultant who can help you in maintaining your diet plan according to your goal and also you may try some of the good flavors of health-oriented diet meals provided by owner of this gym.
