Gym City Fitness Club has a lot of potential with its brand-new machines, equipment, treadmills, and a fresh interior that makes for a modern and pleasant workout environment. The updated mattresses and other gear are also a plus, ensuring a comfortable experience with changing room. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The gym only has 3 AC units for a large hall, which is not sufficient to keep the space cool. The staff, mostly trainees, don't seem very attentive or professional when it comes to assisting clients. Overcrowding can be an issue at busy times, and the space for machines feels a bit limited. With some adjustments, especially in managing space and providing better customer service, this gym could be even better.
