This gym is amazing. There is never too much crowd and the equipments are all very adequate. If you want to take personal training, I would highly recommend Shafeeq sir. He is an amazing trainer. The gym is also light on the pocket. I highly recommend this gym.

Working out at TMF since 2year, saw continuous upgrades in the gym. They are keep making this gym better and better. Trainers and staff are very supportive and kind. Dumbbells are upto 40kg, clean workout space, open cardio space and world class workout machineries.
