first fitness gym

Been attending this gym for 3 months and it's been life changing. Totally love the pt sessions and circuit training . Sessions are always different making it impossible to get bored and really fun ( honestly have never found a gym fun before now)The coaches Amit gujjar sir ,asish Bhai ,dilip Bhai are professional ,experienced ,friendly and above all have great sense humours . This place is a community where your health and happiness is priority and whatever your age or ability you are made to feel a valuable member. Nutrition is made simple and you don't need to go hungry to lose weight not a fad diet in sight .

Wonderful gym with top class equipments. I don't think so u will get that varieties of Equipments in any other gym ...

Good gym best equipment but space is not enough for performed all exercises

Excellent equipment for your body to maintain your own health and fitness

This gym has 6 day's in a week and maximum mechine for every excercise. I can say only this gym have machines like this in whole city. Gym fee 4000 for 3 month Weight training+ cardio, PT FEE 3500 FOR 3 MONTH ,

One of the best gym in bhopal. If u r in bhopal do visit first fitness. Amit bhaiya is like brother to me and a teacher as well. And the other staff members are also good and polite. The gym is well equipped.

The equipment are definitely well maintained, all they keep updating stuff....and the best part are the trainer's they do manage to suck the life out if you are willing to transform... Overall it's an awesome deal...
