A truly beautiful class -- grounding yet energising. The flow was seamless, and the sequencing felt both intuitive and intentional. The teacher was wonderfully attentive, offering thoughtful adjustments and guidance that deepened the practice. The singing bowl at the end was a magical way to finish the class. I left feeling centred, open, and completely renewed.

Suneesh is a wonderful teacher and such a warmhearted person. He helped me improve my postures, encouraged me to try new things like the headstand, and always adapted perfectly to my level. I can highly recommend practicing with him if you're staying in Varkala.

The first lesson Suneesh showed up, I felt so much JOY & Prana coming from him. He has really inspired me in my own Asana practice & giving his all to his teachings in my time in Varkala. I had a pleasure of taking both private lessons & traditional hatha classes with Suneesh classes in his beautiful clean & fresh shala.
