A Truly Transformative Experience!
From the very first moment I contacted the school from my hometown in Germany, everything felt warm and inviting. The airport pickup was seamless, and when I met Pankaj Ji at 4 AM on my first day, I immediately sensed the kindness and authenticity that would define my entire stay.
The teachers were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also struck a perfect balance between discipline and approachability. They guided us with wisdom while treating everyone with respect and care. The learning environment was well-structured, the location beautiful, and the food absolutely delicious. The kitchen staff, too, radiated warmth, adding to the sense of community.
What made this experience truly special, however, was the people--the deep connections that formed within our group. It felt like a family, and while that was partly due to the wonderful individuals present, it wouldn't have been possible without the supportive and nurturing container the school provided.
I walk away from this experience with a much deeper understanding of yoga--and, in turn, of myself. I have grown, not just in my practice, but in a way that extends far beyond the mat.
I would love to return for a 300-hour training--perhaps in Nepal next time

From the moment I arrived at the yoga school, I was transported to a different universe, entirely focused on yoga--yet in a light and playful way. While everything was professional, it never felt too heavy or overly serious. The accommodations were comfortable, and the teachers were very professional. I learned so much about asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. The rotating course in Ayurveda, Mantra and Teaching Methodology was very insightful as well. The courses on adjustments and alignment, as well as philosophy, were game-changers for me. They were deep in content and knowledge, and truly transformative for my own practice and teaching. I also had profound moments of spirituality that helped me reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose. The teacher make you feel at home by checking in on you regularly and sharing a part of their life and culture with you. Overall, this experience filled me with new energy and motivation to bring fresh concepts to my teaching and my private life.
I can totally recommend Pankaj's school and courses! However, one thing to consider--not just for this school, but for yoga courses in India in general--is that if you're coming from a more Western background (European, American, or otherwise), you need to keep an open mind and heart. There are cultural differences that may be new to you, and while things work well, they might work differently to what you're used to. Being open to this will allow you to fully embrace the experience.

Truly unforgettable 300-Hour Yoga TTC in Nepal!
I completed my 300-hour yoga teacher training with Pankaj and Joa in Nepal from March to April 2025 and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing about it.
The training itself was fantastic! I learned so much, especially about yoga philosophy, which really deepened my own practice in ways I didn't expect. The curriculum felt really well-designed and thoughtful, it gave me exactly what I needed to grow both as a teacher and as a student. All of my instructors were wonderful - Pankaj ji, Joa, Archana Ji and Yogesh. I genuinely enjoyed learning from each of them. Pankaj himself was great, he's a funny, light-spirited guy, but you can tell he takes yoga seriously and is deeply committed to the practice. It's fun to go back to school learning about something you're truly passionate about.
Beyond the classes, the whole experience was enriched by the people and place. We stayed at Tulsi Hotel in Pokhara, which was lovely and comfortable. The staff there were so helpful and made everything smooth.
What really made this special was the community. I developed a strong bond with my classmates, and we also had so much fun outside of the training. We went hiking to the Australian Base Camp, which was a pleasant surprise I wasn't expecting, and we visited lots of other attractions too. Those experiences added so much more to the whole journey and made it feel like so much more than just a course. It felt like a holiday!
If you're considering a yoga teacher training, I highly recommend Pankaj's School and this program. It's an experience that will stay with you.

Our experience at Pankaj Yogpeeth School for the 50-hour TTC was absolutely unforgettable. Every teacher was exceptional, each bringing unique wisdom and passion to their classes. From philosophy to meditation, pranayama, alignment, chanting, and Ayurveda -- every session was a true gift of learning and self-discovery.
Special mention to Pankaj, whose warmth, dedication, and love for yoga inspired us deeply. His energy and presence made this journey truly special.
We leave with full hearts, new knowledge, and a deep sense of gratitude. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and transformative yoga experience.

Pankaj Yogpeeth is an amazing yoga school. I have finished the 200hrs YTT and I am very grateful for all the learnings.
And yes there is laughter, friendship, some sleepless nights, heat, pain, tiredness, sometimes some dirt. This is all part of the process and believe me, it is life changing!!
Thank you Pankaj and his team for taking care of us and most of all, Pankaj was 24/7 available. Even for the people who arrived late at night, he was there. He definitely is the best yoga teacher I ever had, and I promise, i was the oldest of the group. I have had a great experience and I would love to continue learning from you. Our paths will certainly cross again. Thank you Pankaj and Team, Namaste!!
