Worse yoga experience in my life - I absolutely recommend not to come. Very unprofessional teacher and manager and extremely dirty place. - It was hata yoga but we booked Nidra. Manger tried to play us as stupid. - The yoga teacher was listening to voice messages while we were in shavasana. - The place was very dirty, and they gave us disgusting yoga matts. - Price was double compared to other places. As a yoga teacher myself I feel bad writing such a review but you deserve a beautiful yoga experience and not to feel scammed in soulful Varkala. There are many other beautiful and inspiring yoga centers and teachers here. Namaste

i visited the beautiful yoga Institute and yoga teacher training center in may 2025 huge excellent yoga training and drop in yoga session nice teacher experience highly qualified teachers and fully knowledgeable people and i enjoyed well the yoga during the time, food stay all very good manner and organically quality food kerala style i would gladly come back this place the the yoga school

I attended 200 hours yoga TTC at nidra yoga school varkala and many kind off therapy also they provided Very clean place and also very quiet places If your coming in yoga school very much dedication is required If you want wash your clothes you can there is washing facilities available you can wash on yourself It very closer to varkala cliff and beach area It's calm and quiet places Meals are very excellent meals and very traditional food quality Overall great teaching institute

The best yoga training the country the food was spectacular, the teacher they works with are some off the best way, they helped me to understand truly yoga philosophy anatomy asana pranayama meditation om mantra chanting it boost my confidence level highly recommend this yoga school to anyone
