ABSOLUTE HUB

Four months ago, I got back into the gym scene at Absolute Hub after a three-year break due to a leg injury from a road accident. I was pretty nervous about hitting the weights again, but the instructor, Mr. Sunil, has been awesome. He's all about safety first, building up strength slowly to avoid any new injuries. We didn't even touch dumbbells until a month in, just to make sure I was ready. The gym itself is top-notch--everything's well-maintained, there's always water available, and the fans are a lifesaver when it gets hot. Mr. Sunil makes sure the workouts don't leave you too sore right off the bat, which really helps keep you coming back. If you're looking to get fit and do it safely, this is the place to be.

Good trainer, good atmosphere for workout....

I joined this gym a month ago my weight was 50kgs i've gained 2kgs in just a month and can notice the changes already. The trainer is really experienced and helpful. I would highly recommend the gym.
