The perfect fitness centre for ladies only with advanced equipments and motivated trainers.Trainers will keep an eye on every client to avoid mistakes and injury which is most needed for beginners!! I appreciate Dr murshida the head of the centre who put their effort and utmost care for training the clients no matter whether you take general or personal training all your requirement will be fulfilled if we cooperate with them and the result is assured. I felt a safe environment for ladies and the best support system from all the people whether it is the staff or the clients, like a better family experience but no compromise in the work outs. Also with keen specialised treatment for vulnerable people like back pain or other physical issues. I truly enjoy the friendship also the training for workouts and diet from every members.

This gym is honestly one of the best place I've joined.It feels super comfortable and safe,and the trainers are really friendly and encouraging .The workouts are fun and motivating,and I've already started seeing results.perfect spot for ladies who want to stay fit and enjoy the process.
