It's a famous gym in varkala.. They provide good training and diet plans. Wide variety of machines are there. Nearly more than 50 people work out in one time.. That means it's really specious.. We got good result from johnz gym bcoz there is well certified trainers and well maintained machines and mainly they really helpful and support all clients..

This is considered as one of the greatest and best gym in Varkala with well equipped machines for decreasing fat and cardio talking about its location Its location is at on middle of the city so you don't have to care about location

This is probably the best place to start your fitness journey, not only does the gym have very well-maintained equipment but also has very friendly trainers who keep pushing you forward to reach your fitness goals. They give out very effective workout routines which help you reach your goals with consistency. If anyone out there is looking forward to starting their fitness journey then 'new fitness first' is very well recommended, it has a very lively atmosphere that helps you stay motivated throughout the workout and I'm pretty sure no one would be disappointed with the results once they start coming here. I am so happy that I made the correct decision in choosing my gym to change myself and stay fit. New Fitness First is the best Gym I can ever ask for in my hometown Varkala. Well trained coaches and well equipped. Coaches have been my great pillars of strength to transform myself right from the beginning. They are very friendly, well behaved, great support and properly guides for each session. I found my gym to be a healing place from all my stress and work. I could experience great change within months with proper workout and diet plan as per their guidance. Good atmosphere to be in with relaxed mind. Great gym!I've been a member of this gym ....it was nice experience going there..... The space is used well and there is plenty of equipment.
