I'm a person who was not at all looking for making my body fit and cool but this place is just worth ur money u r giving them This is a small gym where u can come workout and even I'm going there. There are some experienced guys who can guide us and they are guiding me too The owner Mr. Sajith has a good phisique and he helps a lot regarding ur position during workout and and how we should do things and what all we should do for maintaining or becoming fit and how to get a good phisique I prefer morning gym because in the evening there are so many people and we will not be satisfied by our workout there but still they are soo co-operative and help us tooo but morning starting ur day with a workout keeps u good all the day. So HIT THE GYM GUYS .
