I was a memeber from December 2021 till About May 2022, when I had to move to Muscat. The place is the dream of a strength enthusiast. It has all the equipment for strength and conditioning that I have not seen in many international fitness facilities. Examples are: Deadlift / Olympic lifting platform with rubber plates. Power rack or squats. Several Dumbells from 1kg to 60kg. There are pulley-based and nautilus-type equipment for Chest press, Lat pull down, Rows, Triceps extension, Leg press etc, for novices who are new to barbells / free weights. Also there are top notch conditioning equipments like a Prowler/Sled that can be pushed/pulled on a stretch of the gym with artificial turf! This is unheard of! There are also rowing machines and other standard cardio machines. My only suggestion is to promote these better. The trainers still seem to train their clients on very basic bodyweight movements focussed on conditioning rather than strength-building. The gym's main focus should be strength building as the equipment is geared towards that goal.
