It's a good Gym. Gym fee is only 1000/month and other combo offers are also available. Trainers are very friendly and supportive, gym equipments are good and mainly it's cheaper than the other gyms in the town and there is no admission fee.

Good gym for starters as well as intermediate body builders. Not much rush in morning and evening. Very reasonable rate of 300 Rs /month only and no admission fee as such. Lots of free weights available. Machines are a bit old but functional. Flooring and ambience are old and dusty. One has two option, either non AC or AC. All the cardio equipments are in AC only. AC membership costs Rs 700/ month but very reasonable. Open from 5 AM till 9 PM. Trainer available in the morning and evening.
