The session includes
- 15 min whole body warm up exercise
- 45 minutes of aerobic, high intensity workout, strength building, muscle toning with light weight training.
- 15 minutes Abs workout
- 15 min cooling down stretches.

I had done their online sessions which are very interesting and they also motivate us to do workouts properly in correct manner. Actually the trainers are very dedicated and positive minded ones, from their side they are putting maximum efforts for each and every member. Endurance fitness club was exactly what I needed. Their workouts are planned and systematic. The trainers are a lot of fun and they make sure you stay motivated ( which to me is the hardest part) along with that they also help with having a meal plan in terms of nutrients.
