Joined here as a beginner at gym .Very close-knit place with great coaches to really help one through their fitness goals , according to their body and pace - mine was to reduce fat and i was able to get good results in three months !

Joined the gym in the month of October and I can really see the changes that weight training brings to my physique. Mr. Nabeel and Mrs. Shefali are wonderful people and very knowledgeable fitness trainers. In fact, it's a source of motivation for me and the other members to watch them go through their workout sessions. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who would like to improve their physique and at the same time enjoy their workout sessions. Like the saying on the gym wall : No Excuses. Fitter and Stronger each passing day.

Worst experience. Paid for 3 months package, but couldn't go even for a single day. Months passed. Tried calling whenever I was in Thrissur, but they didn't receive my call even a single time. Finally today Mr. Nabeel received my call. Being responsible for my actions, asked if I can get atleast 1 month from that package, which was denied and he disconnected the call. I no more want my money back or the favour. If that money can help his needs , God bless you brother...
