I have been to lots of gyms, but this one is my personal favourite. Always accessible anytime, friendly dedicated trainers, clean environment and ample parking space. We feel like going everyday and an excellent environment to focus on our fitness. The charges are affordable with lots of offers. All kinds of activities are available here. I would definitely recommend this gym of the highest quality.

A great little gym! Very clean, good A/C, modern and maintained equipment. Good amount of parking is available in the underground garage (However, I would avoid peak supermarket shopping hours, as the building is shared with Bismi). Clean toilet and shower. Honestly on par with many US chain gyms, without the crazy number of treadmills and bikes. Monthly rates are in very reasonable, and I'm honestly a bit sad to be leaving them so soon. Great staff with great attitudes. Everyone works hard to make this a nice place to be!
