Physique Fitness Centre in Jawahar Nagar is a great place to work out. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a really good vibe. The atmosphere keeps you motivated. Definitely one of the best gyms around!

Best place to workout with incredible trainers and staff. I lost almost 6-7 kg in 2 months. I owe it to Sanu sir who was my personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept me motivated throughout the journey. I highly recommend this place to all fitness enthusiasts!!!

Good place to workout. It has enough space to get fresh. Separate wash rooms and cloak rooms for Men and Women. For Zumba a dedicated floor and instructor. Timing is 5 AM to 10.30 PM. You wouldn't miss this as it is situated in the junction. Next to the Long Time restaurant.

Wonderful experience lost around 15 kg in 3 months with pure high intense workout and Awesome trainer support .. hats off to Mr Sarath my Trainer & sanu owner of the gym who was very motivating and supportive . 5 star from me .
