Been going to this place on and off for about 4 years now. Very friendly and knowledgeable instructor and good atmosphere for working out. Situated nearby main road, so easily noticeable. Machines are well maintained. Has basic amenities like changing room and restroom. For anyone who wants to stay healthy, this is your place.
I have started my gym life here A renowned gym master from IBBF, Haris sir owns this place. He helped me to get a great body from nothing. The place has most of the equipments, but not in numbers. so there would be a queue..if it is tolerable to you.. but still.. it all depends on the way you think and do. Thank you sir for the great motivation and the class.
Best and friendly instructor is the highlight. No protein or other artifical food recommended. No ragging / loose talks even for freshers.
Very good gym, but very crowded. Fitness sir (Haris) is the man! He knows it all! Any doubt he'll clear it!
