For someone who has never been to a gym before, walking into Madshark was both exciting and a little intimidating, but I couldn't have asked for a better place to start. The trainers, Sharan and Sherin, were very supportive, patient, and most importantly, made sure I understood what I was doing instead of just going through the motions.
The facilities are top notch: clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with high-quality equipment that clearly reflects the investment in creating a world-class experience.

I was in Trivandrum for the last few days and trained with Sharan almost every day. It was an absolute pleasure to train with Sharan at Madshark. He has a unique style of training focusing on the whole body, with the right blend of strength training and conditioning. He is very articulate and clearly explains the biomechanics to optimize the correct technique and the form to ensure long term injury prevention and long term performance. I found his workouts to be innovative, intense focusing on quality vs quantity. Sharan is a wizard with the kettle bell and I learned multiple different workouts in a short period using kettle bells. Though I have been training for many years, but had not appreciated the utility of kettle bell until now. I go back to Boston with better endurance, strength and more importantly learning new workouts with the correct form. Go Madshark !!!
